Extremely unprofessional and awful. They had no understanding of the pain I was in or my abilities to travel an hour to see a doctor on the other side of town. When I wasn’t able to do this they just straight up stopped answering my texts. Oh and they are definitely deleting reviews.
The staff is courteous, very professional, and knowledgeable. They really care about your well being. I would recommend to everyone.
