Shout out to Jake and Jack who helped us sign up for automatic payments when we were inadvertently dropped from the portal site. They could not have been nicer and did not laugh at us once for our lack of computer skills!
Why does everyone here have a dog? The apartments are one, maybe two rooms and there's no yard. Saw a flipping rottweiler the other day. And it's in the middle of an industrial jungle. That aside it's alright. Great amenities. Too pricey though but what do you expect? Countries want more homeless people these days.
My girlfriend and I toured a couple apartments here once before we landed on our current place. Residents living there at the time shared that they loved living there and the community space they have in the building looked nice. The apartments were out of our price range but appeared well maintained with some mixture of size and layouts. The garage was sizable with limited storage space. I can't speak for living here but our tour was 5 stars!
Do not live here. Used to be a nice place, but it has really gone down hill. There is excessive noise on a daily basis with loud music , TV and dogs barking. There is one unit (on the first floor facing out towards Marshall) in particular that blasts music at literally all hours of the day and night and the loud booming noises can be heard several levels up (can be heard on third and fourth floors).
