The front door is still broken. The washer and dryer are not working. The basement was not been cleaned up yet.
I don’t know what’s going on but this place has went downhill since my dad has been a tenant here since 2009. My father is handicap and has had over years, a designated parking spot. He’s now being told they don’t do that anymore along with they will no longer be plowing/shoveling parking spots or walkways. Or even putting down salt. Maintenance stated “when we leave salt buckets out, people place trash in them” That’s a hazard and can cause deadly injury. Great staff. Convenient location.
It's great but i feel like they should be locks on all the door not just one ( the bathroom) especially if you have a child that have special needs for safety over all I have great neighbors and it's very quiet in my building. And clean
