Poor customer service experience, really rude staff, Alexandra, at the model house makes the process unbearable.
Bad staff
HOA ignores complaints. Please adjust your sprinkler system in Phase 3 from rush hour (7am-8am) to a time that there is not much traffic such as 5am-6am. Your sprinklers are spraying hard water to cars driving by leaving permanent damage on the paint.

Edited 5/23- I have two doors that need to be replaced, which were identified when I moved in in December. After 2.5ms, I was instructed to submit a warranty claim, which I did in March. One day the team came and dropped two unfinished doors (not even painted) at my front door and left them there all day, and I had to arrange to get them picked up.
