My experience here was absolutely terrible. First the apartment I rented was a studio advertised at $630. I ended up paying $805 after the ridiculous utilities and renters insurance for a studio!! Abby was very dishonorable , so I called and asked if there was any way I could do split payments and explained to her a financial situation I was in due to a medical bill and she was very helpful at first telling me that was fine and wouldn’t be a problem at all. Abby is amazing!! Our area is clean, the neighbors are quiet, and its easy to request maintenance.
The area was pretty quiet for how condensed it is, and is the apartments are in a good location. The apartment itself was clean and functional. I was able to easily communicate with the manager via email and after thoroughly going through the move out checklist I got my full deposit back. Now, the reasons why I'm giving this review 3 stars are: - The apartment was advertised for a 1-year lease in November.
