Eastridge Apartments is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually have lived here for two years and have had no problems what so ever. The staff is courteous and the apartments are very nice. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. The price is not bad for a two bedroom so close to campus. I have made a lot of friends around my age(27) that also live in the complex. I don't ever feel "unsafe" even coming home in the wee hours of the morning.
lived her for a year When I first moved to the valley I lived at these apartments for a year. They are older apartments and some areas are not kept up well. There is not a lot of security here either which is a big problem. I know people who still live here and the managment changes so often they cant keep anybody in the position for a significant amount of time. I had to have a lot of things fixed while living here because they kept breaking. The price of rent was affordable but it was lacking so much more.
eastridge I used to live here for over a year and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are older apartments which is not that big of a deal. But the amentities included are nowhere near that of nicer places. They have a laundry mat on site but it is a hassel to not be able to do laundry in the comfort of your own home. lived here for a year I lived at Eastridge for a year. I was not too happy with them. They are much older apartments that come with a lot of problems. We constantly had to get things fixed which was a pain. When the maintenance people fixed stuff they did not do it right the first time. Managment was kind of rude to. Plus I had a car stolen here twice in a month.
