I been to several vets over the years but Eastridge has become my favorite choice because of the quality of care and affordability.!
They let me come in with my cat (and as it was our first visit with my new cat, this was VERY important). They got me in 5 days after my initial call as a new client. Very friendly office staff and online reminders and such very helpful. Vet was friendly, knowledgeable and took time with me and answered all my questions - and very gentle with our cat. Will definitely recommend and very happy with our new vet. And they have a cat only area (Little Cat Clinic) if your cat doesn't do well with other animals nearby.
They “accidentally” put my cat to sleep (killed her) and then quickly put her in my car in her carrier, telling me she was “overly sedated.” When confronted, no one would take responsibility nor acknowledge the complete lack of compassion and professionalism. DO NOT GO HERE.
Always such nice people who take great care of our fur babies and at a decent price too!
Dr. Rodriguez is an absolute saint who goes above and beyond the call of duty as a veterinarian. She cares about your pet as if they were her own and will always do what’s in their best interest while still trying to make it cost effective for the very stressed out pet parent! Roxy and I absolutely love her and are so thankful she loves us too!! Thank you thank you Dr. April! You’re the best!!
