I brought a truck in for repair to Eastpointe Service Center. The shop had the truck for almost 4 weeks and the first three weeks they did nothing, sat in the lot all that time after being told it would only take 4.5 hours of work. I have tried to talk with the manager, assistant manager, tried to get ahold of the general manager, for anybody to discuss this situation with and nobody will return calls.
