This place no longer exists
I went in for a second opinion. They found additional issues I didn't know were present went and fixed them for me .kept me informed along the whole repair process. Great communication..even put on my license plate for free ...very knowledgeable..
Okay so I call this place and I'm asking them some questions the lady seems like she wants to let me go seems a little short I figure she's busy I tell her I'll be up there in a bit. I get there and wait for her to get done talking to one of the guys in the back and she comes to help me. I ask her about the part I called for a wheel bearing, tell her it's a 50cc ice bear she talks to the guy in the back and comes back with a dirty bucket of ALL KINDS of bearings that are supposed to be kept clean, doesn't even pick up my bea... read more
Got our pocket rocket from Eastpointe Scooters. Had it for 3 days and it had some problems. Took it back to them. They worked on it for 2 weeks. They fixed the problem for us and for free. Customers for life now. Thank you so much. Update-Will never go back. Took original motor out of bike and hasn't run correctly since.
This place is a joke… Rude and disrespectful…
