Regret letting them renew my lease with new management!Im an older lady with custody of grandkids and It’s been 5 years It was already a little annoying living here before but since new management have been in control this year it’s been BEYOND STRESSFUL! Would not apply for apt here , since the new management and ownership they jacked the price up 300 for a 1 bedroom. A year ago , the price of a 2 bedroom apt was around 650, they now are charging 1 bedrooms for 950. To charge that much and live paycheck to paycheck you must get paid at least 22-24 per hour. The average toldoian doesn't make that much money.
