I waited a year for a call after signing a contract for an apartment. I saw they hadn't called me back, and they called me back and told me that after I signed the contract, I was still on the waiting list. A year and a half later, they called me back to do the same thing. This person is fake. Don't waste your time here.
I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved here in October 2023. They day I got ready to move and get my key I was told the apartment wouldn’t be ready. However the cleaning people never came to clean the kitchen and bathrooms. They did have someone come out and clean the carpet but it was half ass, because I cleaned the carpet 3 times and it was filthy. I ended up with a gas leak in my furnace, and oven. My hot water tank went out. Maintanece never came out to fix repairs because I kept being told they were short staffed. ... read more

I have been a resident of Eastpointe On The Mall for the last 7 years. I have had some issues but nothing like this issue the moment I reached out in regards to renewing my lease. I feel like it is imperative that I make a note that the property has recently undergone a transfer of ownership, for which that notice was received on 01/16/2025.
