Would not apply for apt here , since the new management and ownership they jacked the price up 300 for a 1 bedroom. A year ago , the price of a 2 bedroom apt was around 650, they now are charging 1 bedrooms for 950. To charge that much and live paycheck to paycheck you must get paid at least 22-24 per hour. The average toldoian doesn't make that much money.
I waited a year for a call after signing a contract for an apartment. I saw they hadn't called me back, and they called me back and told me that after I signed the contract, I was still on the waiting list. A year and a half later, they called me back to do the same thing. This person is fake. Don't waste your time here.
