Where to start... Poor book keeping on the part of the front office. Receive a notice that you rent is $20 less than what it should be. When asked to view the check... what do you know... matches what it is suppose to be.... hum. Maintenance was suppose to check all windows, test smoke detectors, faucets for leaks, change the air filter, look for loose seems in the carpet... yes you guessed it, only changed the air filter (was there when they cam in).
