My vehicle was serviced recently and not serviced safely neither properly I plan to call better Business bureau
If I could rate them a zero I would they have had my car for 3 months and didn’t fix the issue my brakes keep locking up and they are claiming that they are fixed when it’s not please save yourself the time and go to another repair shop do not waste your time or money they are a rip off
Went to go get a tune-up for them that was my only issue I never had trouble with my car. prior to taking it to them I got other estimates from other shops for a tune-up but I went to them because there was a little less expensive and I get there they tell me I have a small leak in one of my radiator holes so I had to fix that issue also after they fixed it the next day my truck start overheating I took it back to them they tell me I need a head gasket which I knew was a lie .they didn't do something right which caused my tr... read more
I have been going to Eastpointe auto for some years now. I have had multiple mechanics there work on my car and the service I’ve received there has been exceptional. I’ve even bought a car from them for my son for excellent price. They have been my go to mechanic’s and the work is fast and they’re honest about the work. Thanks to J with being detailed on the work being done and explaining the best options for you.
