It was an okay place to live 20 years ago. Not luxury but good location. Not sure what it is like now. They seem to be maintaining it.

Eastpointe *was* very good when it was independently managed. However, it's recently been bought out by a large management company called "Aimco" which is a headache to deal with. Seeing as these are not luxury apartments and Boulder's property values are rising, they may be bulldozed in a few years to put up more luxury apartments.
