Brent was wonderful with my little girl. She saw him for a second opinion to verify that she was developing the way she was supposed to, and he was very open and honest about his evaluation, gave me the information I needed to make a decision, and was able to keep my little one calm throughout the process. Rhonda was also super sweet. While I'm glad I don't need to get her a helmet, I would have trusted EastPoint completely with the task.
We go to the Raleigh location for my daughter's orthotics. We have been so impressed and every thing has gone so smoothly. The patient centered care is excellent. Brent, Rhonda, and Scarlett have been so great to work with. I highly recommend East Point!
Brent and his team are awesome ! My daughter (Miyah) received her first useable prosthesis, in 2013 ! We was always treated with respect, love and dignity ! I have always had a great experience with this company! I will forever be grateful for what this office has done for my daughter! The extra mile they take just to make sure MIYAH has what she needs, is just a blessing ! Brent and the office crew (Ms.Ronda ) will always be apart of my family ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Love my current brace, #7. Brent W. Is awesome at making you feel comfortable and he's very passionate about his job. Even after I finished he's still willing to help in tweaks and willing to show a trainer of mine in a month or so when I switch from therapy to a gym how to work on it!
