Update: Dec 16, 2024 Scanning for partial dentures and filling done. Paid $1196 for this January 2, 2025 Went to get dentures Informed insurance ended on Dec. 15, 2024 Paid additional $743.00 to pay an additional lab fee for upper partial that I couldn’t afford right then and there, plus filling and scanning balance. First time at Eastpoint Family Dentistry and was pleasantly surprised! Everyone was so pleasant and professional! I hate dentists, usually nervous, scared actually, but I was put at ease. I’m glad I chose Eastpoint for my dental work!
Was a good practice prior to being bought out but fraudulent after. Pay your balance after insurance has been processed, not their estimates beforehand. They will not properly credit you back for their overcharging.
On 7/11 I went in for an emergency visit to have a bridge re-cemented. While I was there, after an hour , they only did a temporary re-cement and I was told I had to return on Monday with a different doctor. I returned on Monday . Was told that I had no coverage for that service and had to pay $150 up front. I have 2 insurances. They DID NOT check to see if my Dental had coverage. They only checked my medical.
