They are very picky about everything here ever since it was bought by a stupid Michigan company. It's literally not worth living here. It's too expensive when a community like this shouldn't be.
The park is clean, quiet, safe and well maintained. However, getting things done in regards to say tree trimming is just not happening. I have lived here for 9 months. I have asked at least half a dozen times to have the tree trimmed by my house which is the parks responsibility, and still nothing. The people who lived in our house previously, also asked for the tree to be trimmed and had the same luck I've had which is none. Winter snow removal is sketchy.
