We had a great first visit with Eastown Pediatric Dentistry and Dr.Massie!! It was my toddler’s first dentist visit and she was very nervous about the new experience. Dr.Massie and her staff were so friendly and warm and patient and had lots of tricks to try to put her at ease and make her comfortable. Amazing, amazing, amazing. My son, who has severe anxiety, felt like it was the best day ever. They worked with him and encouraged him the entire way. Great people and wonderful experience.
All 3 of my kids have had wonderful experiences with Dr Jess. She is very personable and ensures your child feels safe and has a great experience. She makes time to come out and chat with you after each treatment. The rest of the staff has always been incredibly friendly as well. The office is clean, nicely decorated and has some games in the waiting room that the kids look forward to playing.
We had an incredible experience with Eastown Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Massie. As the parent of an autistic child, I was extremely nervous when our dentist told us my son needed a cavity filled and sealants. Dental visits can be overwhelming, and I went into this morning full of anxiety.
