We got a referral to Eastown from our family dentist In Kalamazoo for a procedure for our son, they went above and beyond at exceeding our expectations and taking excellent care of our son. Our son has special needs so he typically does require extra support! I would highly recommend them for any pediatric dentistry needs!
I appreciate how well they handled my apprehensive 2 year old. The dentist took time to sit down with me and talk through what they were seeing, treatment options for moving forward, and answered any questions I had. Everyone at the office was great!
They made Nova 1st dentist appointment very special. Today Nova was seen by Kate and Jessica. It was a friendly and informative visit. They were very patient and did everything within their ability to make her feel comfortable and we will be back in 6 months. Side note : the waiting room is very kid friendly.
So thrilled with our experience with Dr Jessica! Came in for my daughter’s chipped tooth and first dental experience. The staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Highly recommend!!
