Extremely disappointed with how the Easton’s Group of Hotels handled a serious situation. My car was stolen right in front of one of their properties, and despite raising the issue, I received no meaningful response or follow-up from management. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. As a guest, I expected at least a basic level of concern, communication, or support — but instead, I was met with silence.
