Communication was excellent. Crew arrived early as planned, maintained a tidy site, were friendly and did an exceptional job. Very pleased!
I noticed a water spot on the ceiling and knew we had a roof leak. I tried to meet with a few other service providers and was disappointed. I had a great call with Easton Roofing and was able to get on the schedule within a few business days. Austin was communicative, professional, and direct. He quickly identified the problem, showed me a picture, and gave me options for moving forward. I will definitely be calling them again when it's time to replace the roof!
My experience with this company was outstanding. Top notch professionals someone you can rely on to get the job done and correctly pleasing there customer. From when I called set appointment on roof Dan came out checked it out and the Honesty with this guy he said really you have 3 to 5 more years on this roof. Than I was looking to get new gutters as well he said we can do that for you if you like. So I was set up to get this done. Austin was so great! He was easy to schedule with, arrived on time, found our problem right away, and fixed it quickly. Would highly recommend making him your first call if you suspect an issue with your roof.
Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Easton Roofing. We had our roof replaced last year by them and a tree fell on our house a few months ago. Just our luck. Dan and everyone else I worked with at Easton Roofing has been great throughout this whole process. I had estimates from several other companies whose sales people were pushy and gave me ridiculous quotes. Thankfully I found Easton Roofing. They did a great job both times, gave us fair pricing, and our new roof looks great!
