Worst place to live, roaches and mold🤮, I am leaving before my lease and they want me to pay remaining months of lease after all the disgusting I had to leave at Royal Garden.

My friend move there 5 months ago and now she can't wait her lease finish they are very irresponsible they hang up the phone when she call for emergency maintenance number bad place to move ladies from there are rude to treat the tenants

The apartment itself is beautiful, but the management team is atrocious. The team itself has changed three times, and I haven't even lived here for a full year yet. They avoid answering your questions, and getting issues resolved. Save yourself the stress, and find somewhere else.
The staff and service is just phenomenal.The Harrison staff is always ready to help when it is needed. They just are not here to just work but the employees are genuinely caring and want to be a friend to you as well. I love the location it is surrounded by food, grocery, friends, and really close to campus. In addition, the housing complex is just beautiful. The interior design of Harrison is modern. I have been documenting everything for the past year and a half why do I have to fight for credit when you guys suck in keeping up apartments? Royal Gardens apartment is only worth 750 a month it’s not even worth 1750!
