and ONCE AGAIN rent is going up with NO explanation why. Its not like there are improvements. Complaints go unanswered. I could see if our HARD EARNED MONEY was going to something....but not really. The apartments itself are GREAT.....it's the outside that is trashy and making this place go downhill. Oh, and kids all over the place with NO supervision. Do not recommend living here. They keep raising rent and the complex is getting worse/units are cheaply made. Kids run around without supervision, looking in windows and riding scooters way too close to cars. Laundry is expensive and machines never work. Lots of smokers/trash in yards. Red SUV in one lot with expired tags (over a year) and a flat tire that abs been there at least a year and not moved at all. No parking when things like this aren’t taken care of by management. So the complex painted NO PARKING in a turn around are. Apparently NO must be someone's initials because someone is STILL parking there! And the red van with expired tags since 2023 and two flat tires is STILL hogging up a much needed parking spot. Been hogging a spot since OCTOBER of 2023!! 18 units + 22 parking spots = NOT ENOUGH PARKING......ESPECIALLY when people who don't even live here park in OUR spots.
