Background story Ok this is going to be a stellar review....I had a very bad sewer backup into the basement of my house. I called a sewer and drain company and they worked on the issue for 2 days and could not resolve the issue. In addition the sewer company wanted to charge me 17k to dig up all the pipes and to put in new pipes bc they were assuming that the pipes were bad and disjoineted.... Zach is absolutely BRILLIANT! I have a historic 1880s home and the tub had stopped up. I had tried everything DIY I could to get it going, but no luck. Easton Dylan provided excellent service. The technician was professional and capable. He came to snake a drain in my historic home. Prior to his visit I had another 'popular' plumbing company to do the work but the guy was woefully unqualified to think the problem through.The Easton Dylan plumber realized there was a obstacle preventing the snake from doing its job; It turns out it was going down an old pathway that was closed off.
