Dr Ishi was the best. The new owners not so much. Moving my business to a new dentist for a variety of upsetting and deeply disturbing reasons.
I visited this center for a check-up on my son’s baby tooth. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely upsetting. After giving him several injections, three staff members held my 8-year-old son down without explaining to him what was happening. We had an amazing experience at Easton Dental with my 4 years old daughter. She has been there a couple of times, and every visit has been outstanding. Dr. Neda took the time to explain every single step in a way she could understand, which really helped her feel calm and safe. She was incredibly patient, kind, and caring — even giving her toys to make the visit more fun and comfortable. You truly don’t get this level of service and compassion everywhere.
