Awful experience. The 45 minute appointments feel rushed, and the frequent cancellations by other patients speaks volumes. The clinical manager is hostile and micromanages the staff. She seems overwhelmed—and apparently the solution is to talk over you so you never get a word in. If you want to actually feel heard, this isn’t the place. I personally don’t tolerate abrasive and disrespectful behavior so I can’t recommend this office to anyone who expects basic professionalism.
