This company is a SHAM! STAY AWAY from having them manage your properties. The previous reviews are from people they work with or employ. We used Eastman for nearly two years. Things seemed to go well for the first few months but went down hill over time. The worst part of the operation is their maintenance department. After firing eastman, we learned from the city inspector and our tenants that they had been charging for work that was never done, or even saying there was certain work needed that wasn't necessary to do.
