John and Evan arrived on time and completed our job list, fixed our water pressure, installed a new bathroom faucet that I would never have been able to do, and a leaking outdoor tap! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
Great on site support (thanks John). Very expensive and unclear pricing. $225 / hour with a standard of two people per truck seems like a high hourly rate, but I haven't shopped around. If you are far away, expect a high travel bill or ask for one person. Apparently their system doesn't send quote or invoice detailed breakdowns, so you'll never see a price for the parts, travel, or number of hours spent. Seems odd for what appears to be a new system.
