My son is relocating to Redmond for a new job. We were looking for a very safe and comfortable apartment building. We went into Eastline Grand and met with Ms. Dominique. She is amazing. We’ve had such a positive experience living here. This building is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. I also love the built-in smoke hood in the apartments, which is incredibly rare to find and so appreciated for cooking. What truly makes this place special, though, is the management team. They are simply wonderful—kind, responsive, and always going above and beyond to support residents. Our dog loves the team, and he’s an excellent judge of character. Amazing apartment complex! They help me out with everything! Any time I have trouble with something they always are happy to help me out!
Current resident of 6 months. The biggest issue with this building is the exorbitantly high prices paid for rent and parking space ($225/mo for regular, and $275 for EV - not to mention all other utility fees), and yet the walls and flooring are so thin you can literally hear people walking in the hallways, use their sink garbage disposal through your bedroom, and all manners of disturbance. +$200/month if you desire to be on the 7th floor so you don't have to hear people above you, but god forbid you have a loud neighbor ne... read more
