I am so happy I chose Eastline Grand to live! They keep this place so clean & and everything works all the time (unlike other places I’ve lived). The units must be soundproof cause I have never heard any of my neighbors. The best thing about this place is the staff. Richard has been on top of any request I have made. PARKING DIAMOND SERVICE runs the internal parking lot terribly and you should avoid this place wholey just so you dont have to deal with them.
I absolutely love living at Eastline Grand. The location in downtown Redmond couldn’t be better. Everything you could need is close and walkable, which makes life so much easier in the city. The amenities really make this place stand out. The tech lounge with the work pods is amazing if you ever need a quiet place to focus, and the acoustic lounge is such a cool, chill space to hang out(teens love it when having friends over). It’s been about a month and a half since we moved in, and it’s been a wonderful experience with all the Eastline Grand staff members! Richard has been super helpful and communicative, and all the maintenance issues were quickly resolved. The amenities are great & the building is very secure and clean. Would highly recommend!!!
