Relocating to a new country can be overwhelming, and finding the right home makes all the difference. We’re incredibly grateful to Richard Gaona for guiding us through the process and helping us secure a wonderful home at Eastline Grand. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable, specially the leasing process. It’s been a truly pleasant journey so far, highly recommended!
I had a great time touring with Armani, she answered all of my questions perfectly, listened keenly on what I was looking for and showed me the units that matched or exceeded my expectations. I loved touring the common areas as well. Richard was awesome with email follows ups with all the details I needed and really customizing the whole experience to my needs. This was a really great touring experience. The building seems nice, well maintained with a good fitness center!
I have been living here since the place opened. It's a great location and the current staff here is among the best. They are always friendly and helpful. Thanks to Richard for helping me out with the lease renewal and letting me back into my apartment as I just locked myself out!
Richard and Gentiana have been awesome since our move in. This place is very nice and is great location. Very happy we chose Eastline Grand to be our first apartment in Redmond. The management team is always around and everyone is very professional and polite.

Everything was explained clearly, and they were patient in answering my questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their help and warm attitude — it made settling in much easier. Highly recommend!
