I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! Maya was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough. I’ve had a lot of cleanings over the years, and this was easily one of the best. She made me feel completely comfortable the whole time and explained everything in a way that really put me at ease. This review is a few days late, but I wanted to share my experience from my dental appointment last Thursday, 12/18/25. This was my first visit to this practice, and my initial impression was very positive. The office was clean, well organized, and welcoming. I did not have to wait long before a technician took me back, and everything moved efficiently from there. Dr. Thomas was excellent—professional, thorough, and easy to talk to. This was my first visit as a new patient and the customer service was great from the entire staff. The office was very neat and clean. I loved the way my hygienist went over my X-rays and explained everything. In addition when Dr Thomas came in he was very professional and he also took the time to explain the work I needed to have done. I can tell they are very passionate at what they do in helping you maintain a bright smile.😊
This dental office has my whole heart and my smile! Lol! From start to finish they are always a joy and provide me with great customer service! Today my hygienist was Ms. Alicia! She was kind, very personable, and did a great job! Dr. Thomas was great as usual too! Ms. Dari helped me on the phone today and checked me out. I was greeted by Ms.Mallory and she checked me in! I have terrible dental anxiety, and this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm and friendly.
