This was my first visit as a new patient and the customer service was great from the entire staff. The office was very neat and clean. I loved the way my hygienist went over my X-rays and explained everything. In addition when Dr Thomas came in he was very professional and he also took the time to explain the work I needed to have done. I can tell they are very passionate at what they do in helping you maintain a bright smile.😊
My experience with this dental office over exceeded my expectations. I had to many different dental practices in and around the area and none of them could find the cause of my issues. But this gifted young man was able to tell me exactly where my issues were without me having to say anything. He also came up with a cost efficient plan to get it done. He listens and doesn’t dismiss your concerns. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
The staff was nice, informative. Dental assistant was very thorough and explain everything. The Dentist on the other hand was ok. He seem like it was too early or something cause his demeanor was not very inviting. But overall it was a better experience then previous dentist.
I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! Maya was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, gentle, and incredibly thorough. Best dentist and office I’ve experienced since I moved to GA. Jennifer and Alesha took very professional, informative, and efficient care of me and my procedures today. The front office staff is always organized and on time. The overall vibe is more relaxing and welcoming than my previous dentist experiences. I’ll recommend Eastlight Dental to anyone I know looking.
