Everything - lawn upkeep weeds, grass clippings, ground not filled in an seeded even though it has settled since burial 3 months ago. Was told I could come and clean up area around my mom's plot. Told me no phone # to call to voice concerns with corporate. Get run around all of the time.
You could start by PAVING THE DAMM DRIVEWAY on your property, the mud, potholes, it is discusting, this is not a professional way to run a operation. I have been complaining for years, and no one will do anything, SHAME ON YOU EASTLAWN MEMORY GARDENS

My aunt purchased a pre-arranged burial package, and the gravestone provided has errors...it’s been 9 years and the stone still has not been corrected, despite multiple attempts to contact them. The lack of desire to help correct the issue drives this lack of recommendation.
