Every experience I have had at the Vail location ER has been great. No one wants to spend time in the Emergency Room, especially if you are a recurring visitor. But each staff member greeted me with respect and a smile as soon as I walked through the automatic doors. From security to the check in desks. First of all, this is a review of Atrium health in general, but this Is where I first received Care for an ingrown toenail. They told me they don’t do that there and they gave me a list of Foot and ankle doctors which I called, and they also told me they don’t work on them there. I tried to call the emergency room to see if they would work on it and they said they didn’t know. I sent a message to my PCP and they have yet to get back to me after 10 days.
