Not worth the price The apartments are so inefficient. We keep our apartment on 67 degrees and paid $200 for our electric bill in December. December was mild weather, so I can only imagine what the bill will be in colder temps. They do not call you back and are rude in messages when you ask them questions. They try to nickle and dime you and increase prices for everything once you start living here. Great Complex with Caring Management Nice apartments in a convenient location with a Dream Team in Management and all staff. Grounds are well kept with lovely seasonal flowers and it has easy special access to the parkway trails in back. The property Manager, Liberty, is compassionate, a great listener and has super resolution skills, besides being awesome at her job. Trevor is the kindest always smiling guy with great people skills. Awesome Staff My fiancé and I just finished the application process and I must say that the staff at Eastland trails has been absolutely terrific. We have done most of our work with Jaime, and let me tell you: she has been extremely helpful, kind, understanding, funny..... all of the above. She has been such a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who asks. She got us exactly the apartment we wanted, and we are more than excited to move in this summer after our wedding!
Our First Apartment Eastland Trails is truly a hidden gem. This place is great in location, has beautiful floor-plans to chose from, amenities that really give you that luxury-style feel and the absolute most friendliest staff I have ever met! Babies First Apartment I finally got my first adult job and of course that required a place to live too. I was lucky to find Eastland Trails Apartments. It wasn't a hard choice, really. In fact I had no choice because no other apartment accepted my 90 lbs dog. Since I was pretty much stuck with these apartments I couldn't be too picky.
