They do not maintain these apartments, they paint over everything including the countertops in the kitchen. 1 1/2 years I complained about the sewer gas smell coming from my dishwasher and the bifold doors on the washer/dryer closet that constantly fell off because they were rotten from previous tenants. They just glue and paint everything. All cheap appliances and crappy work. When I moved out they told me the 1 year old carpet needed replaced due to excessive pet stains.
