These townhouses are old and outdated, but also spacious, include all basic appliances, and are fairly priced. For the most part, Woodruff Management is honest and will attempt to address any issues you may have. These properties are decent if you need an inexpensive place to live as a student or small family, but the crime around this area has gotten worse.
