I was not able to check in due to the building not having power. 5 studio suite rooms, traveling in a group with small children including a 2 month old. We were told there was nothing they could do since the keys wouldn't even work to check us in. We went to a different hotel. I understood and realized that with the weather being so bad, it was nobody's fault. I wrote my name down and was told a manager would call me. 3 days passed and no call. Had a great stay. Staff is well trained, nice and personable. If I’m ever back in the area I’d definitely book with them again
Everything was flawless. The staff are the highlight—so kind and helpful. My room was huge and the bathroom was like a private spa. The location is perfect for getting around easily. I’ve stayed in many places, but this one is special.
