Oh my God, I was really frustrated today and feeling helpless at this primary care branch.The scheduling service and front desk/check point aren't so good; Specifically for those who don't speak English well. 1. I thank the doctors for their work in caring for us, but the front-desk service is deplorable. They have a bad attitude and are rude, especially with our Latino community. Because they think you don't speak English. This only underscores their lack of professionalism. I've been to these clinics for many years, and I can see that it's declining. It's unfortunate that we have to endure these situations in a family hospital.

I haven’t actually been into this place. I had scheduled an appointment for my kid and bc we moved I was changing the location to somewhere closer. I didn’t get a confirmation text with the time so I called just to verify the time. After it rang for the longest time a lady answered and when I tried speaking she kept cutting me off saying she couldn’t hear me.
