I recently switched my son’s pcp. He usually hates coming to the doctors office but np kenedy was great with him. She explained things well she was very knowledgeable. I’m glad we finally found someone for him to see. Also the nurses were great
I recently came in due to inflammed tonsils. I was crying and in extreme pain. They did a strep test but it came back negative. Dr ben basically rushed me out, said that because it was negative it was nothing he could do. Next day it got so much worse and i had to go to the ER. To then find out i had tonsillitis and needed antibiotics and to be put on steroids because of how severe it was. LISTEN TO YOUR BODIES. NOT THE DOCTORS. i knew something was wrong and i was told i just had to go through it.
My stars are for Dr. Swanson! She is an absolutely amazing pediatrician. I truly cannot thank her enough for the care, attention, and reassurance she provides every time we visit. She is always patient, kind, and genuinely invested in keeping my children healthy and safe. We trust her completely, and that peace of mind is priceless. We only visit this location specifically to be seen by Dr. Swanson—that’s how much we value her. We are so grateful to have her as our children’s pediatrician.
My 2 year old son who struggles with communicating goes here for speech therapy with Ms. Lauren. She is phenomenal! Since our first session my son has warmed up to her ever so welcoming spirit. We have had a little over six sessions and I must say that watching my son interact with her and then get home and demonstrate and say the words used during session just warms my heart. Oh my God, I was really frustrated today and feeling helpless at this primary care branch.The scheduling service and front desk/check point aren't so good; Specifically for those who don't speak English well. 1. Unresolved Incorrect name:When I made an appointment, they made a spelling mistake. They wrote my daughter's name incorrect spelling.
