These guys are really good - they did a great job with our construction and did a high quality build. The building manager is awesome and takes great care in what he does - he also takes great pride in his quality work, which is awesome. They are very prompt in taking care of minor issues that have arisen since our closing. I would definitely recommend these guys to people.
The “grass” area around my mom’s unit #17 Horizon Drive Millbury Ma is non existent. It was seeded last fall and completely washed out. Now it is just rocks and a few blades of grass. Eastland has informed the HOA that they will not redo it. This is poor customer service and completely unprofessional.
My window screens do not fit. I had United Window come out and they said they are too large. United took all the screens and now I don't have any. I'm still waiting for United to replace my screens.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ! Stay far away!! Do not buy ANY houses from eastalnd partners! They are the worst! They poorly built these houses with rush and no care. Within a month the floors upstairs are all creaking, moving and not leveled what so ever! There are parts where the floor legitimately feels higher than the other. My kitchen floor near the island makes this TERRIBLE creaking noise & the heating system come to find out are all messed up.
