Great place to live, nice apartments will kept
I lived here for a little over 2 years, most recently in early 2021. I lived by myself, so can't comment on family friendliness or anything of that sort. The community is reasonably quiet, has gas grills, a gas bonfire, a playground, a pool area with a hot tub, a sauna, and a small gym. The grounds are well kept, with plenty of greens. The gym is a little too small, I think, so it's probably only comfortable for one person at a time, or else the air could get rather stuffy. Very professional office staff
You have to fight with the office to get any maintenance done. - they are completely disinterested. Whatever the request is, all you get are delays and excuses. Management hides behind Covid to keep residents at a distance and ignore any issues that arise. No longer a good complex.
