Do not trust this builder. We had a big warranty issue found early on. All mortar on exterior of home is fretting/crumbling. Eastland construction stated not to worry it would be taken care of. After 10 month walkthrough Eastland’s Mortar rep from Argos came out to inspect defect, Eastland construction promised to be at our home to meet him but did not show. Argos rep (Wes) stated to me that he thought the mortar issue was from bad mixes but was really confused about its appearance and crumbling texture. Another month went ... read more
