You should be ashamed of yourself for the response you gave a mother re: her parenting skills and her Autistic child who you referred to as a, "brat" vs. a child with special needs! We took our dog Xena here to get groomed for the second time and told them to do the same cut as the first time. A "puppy" cut. Well Xena surely wasn't cut short enough the second time, and her hair was much longer than the first time we came. We expressed our disappointment and asked if we could come in to get her cut shorter or get 50% off our next visit as she's going to need another cut sooner than we wanted. I have a small menagerie and Dr.B has been phenomenal! From my senior dog down to my newborns she and staff have been so wonderful. Confident, calming, loving! Amanda up front is always very helpful, and always has a smile. I've been going to here for a little over 2 years ( and a lot in those 2 years ) and I feel like family with them!! They've seen me cry, and happy and have given the best advice and care to all my fur babies.

They are the best! All staff are very friendly, they show genuine care for their customer and pets. They are up to date with all their pets needs. Been going there approximately 6 years.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable vet. I am a pet sitter with BeLoved Pet Sitting, and I took one of my clients sick dogs there and everyone was extremely friendly. I will be back in and will refer my clients.
