That is because their staff remain knowledgeable, kind, conscientious of costs, and prompt in diagnosing ailments facilitating early treatment. Whether I’ve brought in a new kitten or a puppy, or an adult cat or dog rescue, they have provided excellent care for my pets throughout their life spans. They’ve been very gentle with my shy pets and then with me when it’s that hard end-of-life time. I am grateful for their loving attention to my furry family members.
Dr. Mark D’Orazio and the entire staff at Eastlake Vet Hospital are absolutely the best! My kitty George recently had quite a bit of dental work done there. He made it through with flying colors! Dr Mark even checked in via text a few times over the holiday weekend! Eastlake Vet really cares about their patients, taking the time to explain the medical details and options. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Bravo! 💕
Have been taking our dogs here for nearly 15 years. The doctors and techs are amazing and always patient with my questions. Your pet would be in the best hands here.
Dr. D’Orazio is so good with my Henry (and me). He's been our Vet since Henry and I have been together (5+ years) and we have been through lots. Dr. D'Orazio always keeps me informed and checks in on Henry even after we've gone home. Today, Henry had his teeth cleaned and had to have a couple extractions. Dr. D'Orazio kept me fully informed of everything that was going to happen before the procedure, during, and after. He and his staff were amazing. Dr. Alex Shearer and the entire staff at Eastlake Veterinary Hospital are super fantastic and thorough! My lil monster, Teddy and I are very fortunate to have a such caring, honest, wonderful vet office for all of his health, medical, and wellness needs. Dr. Shearer has been Teddy’s primary vet since 10/2016; and he’s always compassionate and understanding every time we have an appointment (regardless of the reason). He never fails to answer all of my crazy “helicopter dog mom” questions, regardless of how whacky they are!
As a former vet tech, Dr Alex Shearer is the only vet I’d consider taking my cat to. He’s extremely knowledgeable & has great bedside manners. It’s excellent having a veterinary clinic in the neighborhood!
