This business never and I mean never pick up the phone. I been calling for dayssss literally to scheldue my appointment before my referral expires and they simply don't pick up the phone within business hours !!!!! This is literally terrible. I'm literally gonna pull up to the office and call the phone to see exactly why they are so business to not pick up the phone for clients
I was getting ready to go when I see a text that my appointment was canceled because first they said two technicians were out when I called she said one technician…, they warn you of $100 charge if you cancel it in 24 hours will help them make the same for your customers . really upsetting because I have surgery coming up and I can’t be putting this off. Will update depending on how they reschedule.
Reaching out for an appt is difficult but not impossible. 5 stars is mainly for the experience. Technician Andrew made the process go smooth and appreciate that. He is an amazing guy!
How do places like this stay in business. You can never reach a person on the phone and the answering machine is always full and you can’t leave a message. Been trying now for 2 months to schedule an appointment since my referral was approved.
