How do places like this stay in business. You can never reach a person on the phone and the answering machine is always full and you can’t leave a message. Been trying now for 2 months to schedule an appointment since my referral was approved.

Horrible customer service. Receptionists are rude and aggressive when you ask them a question. I tried to go inside to help my mother during her appointment as she forgets things and was told I could not go in. When I insisted, the receptionist aggressively and rudely stated they were going to ask. I have never came across such rude staff in the helping field.
This place suck!!! I was supposed to have a home sleep study and I was told that I would be contacted within 3 weeks. Never heard from them so I called the office and no one answers the phone. I left at least 5 messages for someone to call me back and no one ever did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
On January 13th, 2025 my referral to Eastlake Sleep Center was approved and I called to make my appointment . The person I spoke to was terse and informed me that the first available appointment was July 8, 2025. Six months away. I took the appointment and asked to be put on a waiting list in case someone cancelled. I never heard anything during that 6 month period and I took that to mean there were no cancellations.
