Horrible customer service. Receptionists are rude and aggressive when you ask them a question. I tried to go inside to help my mother during her appointment as she forgets things and was told I could not go in. When I insisted, the receptionist aggressively and rudely stated they were going to ask. I have never came across such rude staff in the helping field.
This place suck!!! I was supposed to have a home sleep study and I was told that I would be contacted within 3 weeks. Never heard from them so I called the office and no one answers the phone. I left at least 5 messages for someone to call me back and no one ever did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
On January 13th, 2025 my referral to Eastlake Sleep Center was approved and I called to make my appointment . The person I spoke to was terse and informed me that the first available appointment was July 8, 2025. Six months away. I took the appointment and asked to be put on a waiting list in case someone cancelled. I never heard anything during that 6 month period and I took that to mean there were no cancellations. I had a good experience at Eastlake sleep center. It was a nice, quiet place. Very clean room and restroom. They called me on time. Andrew, one of the staff there, set everything up for me. He explained everything well, brought me extra blankets because he warned ahead of time that it would be cold. You can ask for water if you forgot your own. He will wake you up at the necessary and correct time. Try to listen to him and the directions to have the best experience possible. He was a nice and professional man.
