I called on a Wednesday afternoon to schedule an appointment for the following day. I confirmed a 3:20 appointment. I arrived at 3:10 and had to wait in line for 10 min to check in. When I did check in, I asn't even given the paperwork to fill out and instead asked to wait. 20 min went by and they finally called me to the counter to tell me that they had accidentally booked my appointment for the wrong day and it had been made for the day prior.
