I've been reporting the same issue with a leak in my ceiling for over a year. Maintenance takes pictures and the office receives the report but nothing is done. I just tried calling and there was an automated message saying this number is not set up to receive calls. Yikes!
I have lived at a property that is under Eastlake management. I have resided at this unit for about 9yrs now. I don't feel safe and never have since my van was shot up in the lot and the van I had before that got shot a few times a well just being parked in a unsafe lot where many things happen. Before my kids come out to get in the car I have to look outside to make sure it at least look safe enough to exit the door. My personal experience with this company while working in accounts payables I experienced discrimination and favoritism. You will be overworked and underpayed the staff and supervisor are very unprofessional in that department I would not apply or work for this company believe me you will personally feel drained and overwhelmed and personally victimized.
