The best virtual mail service I’ve ever used — hands down. Great location, competitive pricing, and Mr Scott had amazing customer service. He respond quickly and he’s always helpful. Even after I closed my mailbox,Mr Scott kept my mails safely for months and offered to help forward it instead of throwing anything away. That level of care and integrity is rare. I’ve tried many mail services in different places in Washington and other states - I am traveling a lot- this is by far the best one. Highly recommended! Maisey

Unfortunately the posted hours of operation are not upheld by the ownership or staff. Don’t have your valuable packages shipped here if you need them in any reasonable timeframe. Maybe they’ll be open when you get here. Maybe not. This is now the third time in a year this has happened to me here.

I loved Eastlake Mail. Used one of their PO Boxes through iPostal1, and it was super affordable. Their employees were nice to me, and I appreciated Eastlake Mail’s help as I traveled. When I left, they offered to keep an eye out for my mail for the next two months. Overall, great customer service, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a PO Box.

I needed a Seattle address to qualify for discounted items online and found out about Eastlake mailbox they are the most affordable and their staff is extremely helpful and friendly I was confused about the process for my first pick up but they were absolutely amazing I am really happy I found out about these Eastlake mailbox vybe hub! If you need a PO box or an affordable virtual mailbox you better come check them out you're not going to find a better price I promise you that!

Love this place. The owner Ryan is super helpful. I’ve actually rented a mailbox here for years. Package hold is convenient. Shipping is easy. And I’ve gotten a few keys made using their locksmith service.
