Unfortunately the posted hours of operation are not upheld by the ownership or staff. Don’t have your valuable packages shipped here if you need them in any reasonable timeframe. Maybe they’ll be open when you get here. Maybe not. This is now the third time in a year this has happened to me here.

This is my first time to write a review on Google Map. This mailbox service is really very good, communicating is very smoothly and the stuff is so kind to help me solving the problems, I like this mailbox very much because the best service and affordable price! If available, I want to give them 10 stars!

I stopped by here with some shipping needs. Printing a shipping label, package my thing in bubble wrap, etc. Everything went smoothly and the staff was so nice and helpful!

I loved Eastlake Mail. Used one of their PO Boxes through iPostal1, and it was super affordable. Their employees were nice to me, and I appreciated Eastlake Mail’s help as I traveled. When I left, they offered to keep an eye out for my mail for the next two months. Overall, great customer service, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a PO Box.
