The club is great. The corporate management is not. The membership is for one year, regardless of illness or age-related inabilities. You CANNOT cancel unless you move out of area or are injured. So we have been billed $25/month for the last 6 months after my husband developed a non-injury medical problem that kept him from using the club. Much hassle. It has been impossible to talk to anyone in corporate administration. There are many other gyms around that are more user friendly.
