Our experience with EastGroup begins March 2017, when we occupied office space at 6011 Benjamin Rd, Tampa FL 33634. At the end of 2018 we had approached EastGroup about warehouse space. We added a lease of 4500 SF warehouse space at 6102 Benjamin Rd. Business was good and we needed a larger office - EastGroup was vacating a larger space at 7004 Benjamin Rd, and offered the space to us (almost 2x the office space and cost).
