The officer manager, was very helpful and understanding. No she not a little old lady that's in there baking cookies, she's just by the books no b.s.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even answers the phone with a rude and short tone. "Eastgate" was all she said and was very dry. Definitely isn't a way to welcome someone 🤦🏾♀️
Property Manager has horrible customer service. She does not use email and will not put you on waiting lists. She will only leave your applications outside. Horrible.
