Repeated discrimination towards POC Americans and young adults from long time tenants. Takes months (or more) to answer repair requests. Many neighbors that are "Karens" (BEWARE). They will frequently spy on you so make sure to have cameras. Beautiful geographic location.

Foot went through the floor in my unit on March 3rd 2022, No!! One !!! reached out in concern that my FOOT!! Went through the floor of this unit neither Inch and Co Management Agent for Rent.Period Townhomes. I substain a sprain ankle with abrasion to the lower and side of my leg with possible a hair line fracture wearing a ankle brace. Was evicted on 3/14/2022. It's very sad how this management treat its tenants due to there issues.
