Great apartments close to everything you need, large bedrooms, nice size living room, the manager is a great guy if you have any complaints, they are fixed in a hurry…
I lived at Eastgate Pines apartments for 9 years. I was very happy there. The area is quiet and peaceful. The owner/manager was always easy to work with and accommodating to all our needs. He was quick to make any repairs needed. The neighbors were all friendly and many of the people had lived there for many years. The location was very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. And the price always remained lower than market value of any other 2 bedroom apartments in the area.
Just don’t do it. It’s not worth the money. Honestly the conditions of the place are horrible. I don’t think the A/C units or the carpet have been replaced since ‘nam. Freshly painted walls? Never heard of ‘em. Not to mention the landlord is a bully and really shows his colors when you are moving out. Don't expect your deposit back.
My name is Kim, I've lived in Eastgate Pines since 2006. I love it here. It's quiet, clean and safe and is very affordable compared to other 2 bedroom apartments. Management has always been fair and good. I highly recommended Eastgate Pines Apartments 🙂🙂
