I've lived here for the last 6-7 years. Rent keeps going up while everything else goes down hill, homeless people living in hallways, garbage being left everywhere, roach issues. Try somewhere else.
There is a cockroach infestation for the past year. Recommend tenants report the problem to Sask health authority for action.
3 appointments booked and 3 times they never showed up
Well I like how the building is secure... the down part is that the buzzer is in the main entrance, not on the outside... lately there has been numurous people coming and going from a certain suite on the North side of the main floor as I have somr suspicion on certian illicit activity going on... lately people have been squatting in the bushes on the North end of the building near the railroads tracks.
