Move in experience was fantastic everyone went over and above to make it the smoothest move ever there is definitely an improvement going on with this company
Eastgate got a new building manager around march 2023 and since then Eastgate has turned around! Its secure, clean and it has all good renters here. I have lived here for 4 years and its been the best year i have rented here and with the new it will only get better and already eastgates reputation is getting better cuz problems in previous years are no longer a problem.
Apartment building is old and outdated. Homeless people consistently break in and sleep in the stairwell. It’s in a sketchy area near the homeless shelter . Heat stoped working several times in the winter . They increased rent 35% in a single year . Trains going by shake the building. They are pretty quick to fix problems. I would avoid it.
Leasing agents need to take their time with the new tenants so everything goes smoothly and should make sure all units are ready completely "attention to details"
It.was.kne of the best mine in experience i have had and for all the help in getting this place k.didnt think.i was gonna get approved so I wasn't going to.aplly it.was.because of my rep that I continue with the application and happy that i did
