RecommendedIt is an amazing apartment. I love it here. The landlord is amazing. Pet deposit is free and the place is always maintained. They really have zero problems and when they do, the maintenance take care of it right away. It is an amazing place to live and I have no complaints about anything that goes on in the community

whoever the owner of this property is shame on you ...In a time of need when so many are struggling you treat your residents like that I hope future residents see this and stay clear from property's like this no compassion
I just read the letter they sent their tenants demanding rent during a pandemic. The Easter basket touch was pathetic. The weak apology was sad as well. Rent from companies with a Soul!
And just for anyone in Maryland who doesn’t know their rights under this Pandemic
start by caring about people first. to send such a letter out threatening of eviction at such a terrible time is the worst scum
all they care about is money not people
heartless corporation. Was looking into moving here glad I didn't after the oh so splendid unprofessional communication. whoever decided to send that poorly written letter needs to be demoted or retrainn During these dark times...lets scare some people who arnt working through both fault of their own. GREAT IDEA right? one thing I know is this complex will never see a dime of my hard-earned money and I will let everyone that I know that this is not where they want to spend their money.
They are money hungry parasites that don’t care about the community they’re supposed to be serving. Shameful
